Job summary

We The Flywheel is a remote-first digital product studio hiring an Agentic Operator who works at the intersection of human judgment and AI automation. You’ll walk user flows, test SSO and social logins, handle mobile-app testing, and catch where AI language and nuance go wrong.

You’ll own setup and configuration, oversee multi-step tasks, document what you learn, and help scale repeatable work with a human perspective, collaborating closely with our founding team.

Qualifications

• Human ingenuity applied to AI-assisted work.
• Strong, and progressively stronger, written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in closing loops.

Responsibilities

• Walk our user flows as a real person would and flag confusion or friction.
• Handle testing AI can’t do alone (SSO, social logins, captchas, mobile apps).
• QA AI output in your language and context to catch translation or tone issues.
• Own tactical setup and configuration (accounts, access, onboarding steps).
• Direct and check AI agents on multi-step tasks and escalate blockers.
• Document learnings to enable repeatable work or automation.
