Job summary

Joko is seeking an Operations Manager to own critical cashback processing workflows and drive end-to-end performance. You will build dashboards, define merchant onboarding rules, and coordinate AI-powered or tooling-based improvements across the platform.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in operations or data-driven roles, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Top-tier engineering or business school background.
• Fluent in English; French not required.
• 2–5 years in operations, product, or data-driven environment.
• AI-native: use AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Systems mindset: monitoring, detection, investigation, prevention.
• Comfort with tracking, APIs, integrations, and collaboration with Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and build dashboards to monitor health and performance of the process.
• Design the merchant onboarding and cashback rule setup across the platform.
• Diagnose issues, automate with AI or Retool, or outline outsourcing playbooks.
• Manage outsourced resources: brief, train, and ensure quality of work.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
