This highly collaborative role sits between marketing, operations, AI, and execution. You’ll own projects, drive automation, dashboards, and internal tools, while partnering with leadership to ensure timely delivery and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, or agency operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and AI tools.
• Ability to structure fast-moving environments without bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional operational projects across the agency.
• Run ClickUp and improve how projects are planned, prioritized, and executed.
• Partner with marketing leaders to improve workflows and eliminate unnecessary work.
• Coordinate AI initiatives between the business and engineering.
• Help implement automations, dashboards, reporting systems, and internal tools.
• Hold teams accountable to deadlines, commitments, and project milestones.
• Continuously improve how Rubix operates through better systems, documentation, and AI.
