Responsibilities

• Own the cross-functional handoffs between sales, onboarding, support, engineering, and success.
• Build and manage weekly operating cadences and quarterly plans.
• Own revenue and customer operations including onboarding, renewals, and data integrity.
• Draft contracts and vendor agreements, oversee contractor programs.
• Close monthly books with the finance team and ensure data accuracy.
