The candidate should bring substantive legal knowledge and a keen interest in implementing technology in a legal setting. The ideal candidate will have a JD or substantial transactional experience, and the ability to communicate complex

Qualifications

JD from ABA‑accredited law school preferred; substantial transactional experience considered.
1–2 years of legal experience in M&A, corporate transactions, real estate, or related areas.
Strong working knowledge of deal structure, due diligence, contract negotiation, closing mechanics.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate AI/tech tools for transactional practice, focusing on M&A and real estate workflows.
Design and deliver practical training for attorneys to adopt new technologies; create supporting materials.
Support tool implementation projects from evaluation to rollout with organized project records.
Gather attorney feedback and translate it into vendor/input for stakeholders.
