Job summary

Dykema Gossett, PLLC is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Analyst for its Knowledge & Innovation team. This fully remote role focuses on AI-driven enhancements to transactional practice across M&A, corporate, and real estate workflows.

The ideal candidate has substantive legal knowledge and comfort implementing technology in a legal setting. JD preferred but not required; 1–2 years of M&A/corporate or real estate experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school preferred; will consider candidates without a JD who have substantial legal experience in a transactional context.
• Minimum 1–2 years of legal experience in M&A, corporate transactions, real estate, or a closely related area.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy and Technology Identification: research legal tech landscape and evaluate tools.
• Design and deliver training programs enabling attorneys to use new technology.
• Implementation Support: participate in tool implementation from evaluation through rollout.
• Partner with CKIO on technology roadmap planning.
