Job summary

Docker, a global remote-first company, is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst to own contract operations, implement AI-assisted workflows, and optimize legal tech stacks. You will coordinate intake, reviews, invoicing, and data quality across Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and Zip while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in legal operations or contract management at a tech company.
• Experience with CLM platforms (Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM).
• Experience applying AI tools to legal tasks and drafting prompts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination.
• Review contracts using playbooks and AI tools; flag nonstandard terms.
• Support outside counsel billing, accrual tracking, and invoice review.
• Administer legal tech platforms, including workflow maintenance and data quality.
• Develop and improve AI-assisted workflows for contract review and intake.
• Pilot new AI tools; gather user feedback and track accuracy.
• Create SOPs, templates, and training resources for stakeholders.
• Build dashboards tracking contract volume, cycle times, and spend.
• Collaborate on systems integration and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
