Job summary

Motion seeks a Junior Customer Success Manager to join the SMB team, supporting 100–150 brands using Motion and Runneth's AI agent. You will be mainly writing emails, Slack messages, and brief screen-share calls.

You will be paired with a senior CSM who will mentor you on the product, customers, and workflow to grow into a full CSM. The role suits candidates from hospitality who are quick learners, customer-focused, highly organized, and eager to blend AI into daily customer success practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume hospitality or personal training.
• Self-motivated, moving toward tech with examples.
• Built something from nothing (process, system, or side project).
• High agency: identifies and fixes issues.
• Clear written communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run Runneth 101 and onboard new customers.
• Monitor signals and reach out proactively before issues arise.
• Diagnose reasons for customers going dark and re-engage them.
• Respond quickly with concise, useful messages to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations in HubSpot.
• Learn Motion and Runneth daily to become fluent in the product.
