CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned IP leader to shape and execute the global patent, trademark, and copyright strategy for its AI-driven cybersecurity platform. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to identify critical innovations, oversee worldwide filings, and modernize IP operations through responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar membership; admitted to practice before the USPTO.
• 15+ years of IP experience including team leadership.
• Proven track record identifying, prosecuting, and procuring patentable tech in software/SaaS/cloud/cybersecurity/AI.
• Global patent portfolio management with jurisdictional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern global patent prosecution strategy aligned with product roadmap and market signals.
• Identify key innovations with Product and Engineering; guide filing, continuation and abandonment decisions.
• Manage trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection and related filings across jurisdictions.
• Oversee AI-enabled IP workflows, budget governance, and external counsel relationships.
• Drive responsible AI use in IP processes with governance and quality controls.
