Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an AI-forward patent prosecution leader to guide global IP strategy for its cloud-native cybersecurity platform. You will lead a team, partner with product and engineering, and manage patents, trademarks, and copyright across jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled operations, responsible AI use, and driving efficiency while protecting valuable innovations in software and cybersecurity. In-house practice eligibility required.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership with USPTO eligibility.
• 15+ years in IP with team leadership experience.
• Extensive patenting in software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global patent prosecution strategy aligned with product roadmap.
• Identify innovations with engineering and product teams; decide on filings.
• Oversee trademark, copyright and trade secret protection and renewals.
• Advise on licensing, M&A support, and external counsel management.
• Drive AI-enabled IP workflows and governance with quality controls.
