Senscio Systems, a Harvard, MA-based company with operations across MA, NH, ME, RI, CT, PA, NC, and FL, seeks an Engagement Specialist to support Members with AI-enabled self-management. The role centers on building trusted relationships and helping Members live safely at home.

The Engagement Specialist works with a multi-disciplinary care team, initially remote with a path to hybrid work. You will monitor tasks, provide coaching, and coordinate with community partners to address social

Qualifications

• Certification as MA, CNA, CHW strongly preferred.
• Degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience with behavioral health and social determinants of health is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a care team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate real-time self-management support for Members.
• Maintain regular engagement with a panel of Members using AI-enabled platform.
• Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate with care team for triage.
• Collaborate with community organizations to address social determinants of health.
