Spring Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics team within the Care group. You will lead analytical innovation to drive engagement and adoption of Spring Practice, leveraging diverse data sources in close partnership with product, design, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data science experience.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, hypothesis testing, and quasi-experimental methods.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience with data modeling via dbt or similar tools.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Omni, Hex).
• Experience with product development and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to guide and make recommendations.
• Proven ability to incorporate AI as a tool to solve complex business problems; including prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Proven ability to proactively manage priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success at navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches.
• Willingness to travel (at least 2 times per year).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical strategy for Care to improve engagement and outcomes across Spring Practice.
• Design and execute rapid experimentation to test and scale improvements to workflows.
• Act as embedded technical leader within the Care pod to influence roadmap and success metrics.
• Work with large, multi-source datasets to perform feature engineering and derive insights.
