CapsLock is seeking a Marketing Design Team Lead to scale a 3-person AI-driven Creative Designers team to 6. You will own the production flow, set creative direction, and drive tests for performance campaigns across paid channels.

You will work closely with Producers, Marketers, Copywriters, and Video Editors, while staying hands-on with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and AI platforms to push innovative visuals that sell.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Leadership Experience managing creative/design teams in digital marketing.
• Strong Project Management delivering projects on time with high quality.
• Excellent visual craft: composition, lighting, color, typography.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, connecting AI outputs to design pipelines.
• Hands-on with AI image platforms (Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway) and selecting tools.
• Knowledge of Performance Marketing and how visuals drive CTR/CPA.
• Fluency in English in speech and writing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers from 3 to 6.
• Own production flow: task distribution, capacity planning, QC.
• Drive creative direction to produce hooks and visuals that convert.
• Generate ideas and push beyond safe iterations with market trends.
• Manage creative testing loop: analyze winners and failures for next iterations.
• Stay current on AI models and tools; hands-on in the workflow.
• Build prompt/style libraries and pipelines with Generative AI.
• Collaborate with Producers, Marketers, Media Buyers, Video Editors.
• Partner with AI Pipeline Engineer to automate workflows.
