CapsLock, a global IT marketing company, is seeking a Senior AI Creative Designer to craft photorealistic visuals for performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and landing pages. You will bridge creative storytelling with AI tools, ensuring assets meet brand and product requirements while driving conversion.

Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and video editors, test variations, and iterate based on data.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in design or creative digital marketing.
• Hands-on AI image generation experience.
• Strong portfolio of photorealistic AI visuals.

Responsibilities

• AI Visual Production: Create AI-generated visuals for performance campaigns.
• Creative Iteration & Testing: Develop variations based on data.
• Quality & Realism: Ensure lighting, composition, textures are realistic.
