Job summary

DMCG Global is seeking a hands-on AI Video Editor / AI Creative Director to lead high-volume performance creative work for social channels in a US-based role (New York or California). You will combine generative AI, prompt engineering, and the Adobe suite to rapidly turn ideas into engaging creatives that drive clicks, engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI image and video generation experience.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for AI-driven creatives.
• Ability to develop repeatable AI creative workflows.
• Solid Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Understanding of performance marketing and creative testing.

Responsibilities

• Create high-volume AI-generated performance creatives for paid social and digital channels.
• Rapidly develop imagery, video, concepts and variations using AI tools.
• Write and refine sophisticated prompts to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Develop compelling hooks and scroll-stopping concepts for Meta, Instagram, TikTok.
• Edit and finish assets in Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Iterate based on performance data to optimize CTR/ROAS and engagement.
