Responsibilities

• Manage a team (or multiple teams) that conducts research and gathers IT/business requirements.
• Lead in collating and articulating business requirements; ensure strategic alignment between applicable functions.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on expectations and priorities, to support business processes.
• Consult on business cases, including scope, objectives, budget, schedule and risk, while considering integration with IT operations.
• Establish metrics and processes to ensure that all requirements are fully met.
