Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Data Analytics team. The role is based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Tyson's Corner, VA; Washington, DC; or Wilmington, DE.

You will leverage analytical tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to build data products and streamlined solutions that drive C&IB growth and informed decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience performing complex queries, joins, data manipulation, and data wrangling.
• Strong understanding of database structures, relational databases, and data management principles.
• Experience using TOAD or similar database management/query tools.
• Proven ability to analyze, validate, and transform large, complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
