Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will lead customer implementations, design data integrations, and configure fraud/AML workflows across multiple fintech customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar roles, strong API/data skills, and experience with AI-enabled workflows. The position emphasizes compliance, production readiness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech/regtech/banking or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, databases, ETL pipelines, and Python/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations, including mapping, schema validation, and backfills.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret customer data structures and communicate changes to technical teams.
• Familiarity with core banking data from FIS, Fiserv or Jack Henry.
• Experience building LLM-based workflows or AI agents and production readiness.
• Understanding of fraud detection, AML and regulatory reporting.
• Strong PM and organizational skills to manage multiple implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with compliance and data teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from discussions to go-live and manage plans and timelines.
• Design customer-specific data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including risk rating models and detection rules.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for investigations.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs/CTRs/CRR and related processes.
• Validate data quality, investigate issues, and ensure production reliability.
• Train customers and enable teams to operate independently.
• Manage multiple implementations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Create repeatable playbooks and scalable implementation processes.
• Share feedback to inform product improvements.
