Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager based in the United States to transform AI-powered customer support operations. You will manage a portfolio of growth accounts, lead deployments with Forward Deployed Engineers and stakeholders, and translate challenges into practical solutions that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

This remote role offers ownership, exposure to advanced AI tools, and the opportunity to shape product roadmaps while driving measurable results.

Qualifications

• Own customer outcomes across accounts including retention and growth.
• Lead deployments with engineers and stakeholders to define success criteria.
• Hands-on AI development and deployment with AI tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and measurable value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments for assigned customers with defined success metrics.
• Own a portfolio of growth accounts post-launch and monitor adoption.
• Investigate customer challenges and deploy AI-powered workflows.
• Train and empower customer teams to self-manage AI workflows.
• Use AI tools to analyze issues and accelerate implementations.
• Develop business cases for additional deployments and expansion.
• Communicate needs and improvements to Product and prioritize delivery.
• Ensure deployments align with customer policies and business objectives.
• Develop reusable solutions to scale across accounts.
