Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager in the United States to lead enterprise deployments of AI-powered customer support solutions. You will own a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth, and translate complex business challenges into deployable product strategies.

You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and customer executives, shape product direction, and mentor teammates as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• At least six years of experience owning high-stakes customer outcomes.
• Enterprise relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to investigate complex issues using API documentation and data.
• Hands-on AI experience building or evaluating AI-powered products.
• Translate business requirements into technical deployments and deployments.
• Commercial acumen with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
• Excellent communication with executives, engineers and product teams.
• Leadership, mentoring, and initiative to improve processes.
• Curiosity and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments of AI-powered customer support solutions for enterprise clients.
• Manage strategic accounts, ensuring post-launch adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements; build, test, and deploy changes with engineers.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer executives to drive business value.
• Coordinate procurement, security, legal, and compliance reviews for launches.
• Translate recurring deployment challenges into evidence-based product strategy.
• Leverage AI development tools to accelerate implementations.
• Create reusable playbooks and processes to scale the forward-deployed org.
• Mentor other Forward Deployed Product Managers and share best practices.
• Monitor account performance and opportunities to increase usage and revenue.
