You will build a small, cross-functional team and shape deployment playbooks, working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with in-office expectations for certain markets. The role demands strong communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years deploying technology in healthcare delivery settings.
• Led deployment of a new technology or the launch of a new site or market and can outline adoption and outcomes.
• Designed and delivered training for frontline clinical or operational staff.
• Uses AI tools in work and has built an agent, automation, or large language model tool.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run deployments into local teams, readiness, sequencing across sites, go-live support.
• Coordinate releases with engineers to ensure changes are ready for users.
• Translate designs into live services with service design principles.
• Develop and execute change management and communications plans for deployments.
• Partner with finance, technology, data, security, legal, privacy, compliance, care teams, and other stakeholders.
• Iterate post-launch by capturing user feedback, measuring outcomes, and driving improvements.
