Job summary

Optura is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery across healthcare AI deployments. You will be the client’s single point of accountability from signed scope through go-live and beyond, coordinating Forward Deployed Engineers, Platform & Infrastructure, Strategy, and Sales to ensure value delivery.

You’ll manage schedules, detect risks early, communicate with executive sponsors, and drive adoption post go-live while maintaining strong relationships across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management, delivery management, or enterprise software implementation experience.
• Experience as the customer-facing owner of delivery timelines for enterprise deployments with multiple external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tooling like Smartsheet, Notion, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Get read into new engagements before signature and translate scope into an initial delivery plan.
• Own technical discovery with engineers—capture current environment, data formats, integrations, and constraints.
• Maintain a living onboarding brief per account: architecture, integration points, and constraints.
• Build and own end-to-end deployment schedules from kickoff to go-live and value measurement.
• Drive readiness gates, surface tradeoffs, and replan when blockers slip.
• Run daily cadence with engineers to align plan with reality and report clearly to leadership.
• Coordinate involvement of IT teams, partners, and internal teams without friction.
• Lead architecture/design review discussions and translate outcomes for executives.
• Document rationale for decisions to ensure they stick and guide future work.
