UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Sr. Deployment Manager for AI & Product Office to drive adoption and measurable value across enterprise AI-enabled products.

You will deploy, train, and iterate with local market teams, embedding with market care teams to identify problems and turn insights into scalable playbooks. You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office expectation for Minneapolis or DC roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of deploying technology in healthcare delivery settings.
• Experience in healthcare industry and/or in a large matrixed organization.
• Led deployment of new technology or launch of new site/market with measurable adoption/outcomes.
• Designed and delivered training for frontline clinical/operational staff.
• Has built with AI tools (agents, automation, or LLMs) and can discuss in interview.
• Can operate at enterprise and market levels and distinguish decisions.
• Demonstrated business acumen with adoption/outcome metrics and data analysis.
• Strong writing; decisions and findings documented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute deployments into local teams with readiness and go-live planning.
• Collaborate with engineers on releases and ensure what reaches users is ready.
• Implement service design in practice with service designer for go-live.
• Develop change management and communications plans for deployments.
• Coordinate with finance, technology, data, security, legal, privacy, compliance and care teams to ensure enterprise readiness.
