Job summary

ENDGAME is a dynamic AI-native consulting and product development firm seeking a senior delivery professional to own customer engagements end-to-end. You will translate unclear business problems into shipped products, connecting customers, engineers, and leadership to drive execution within real-world constraints.

You will lead workshops, draft clear requirements, build plans with milestones, and manage stakeholder expectations while tracking value and outcomes for clients across engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of architecture, software development principles, and ability to talk to engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions on time and within budget; AI/ML experience is a bonus.
• Solid project management skills with ability to define success metrics and drive from concept to launch.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Comfortable in unstructured environments; eager to learn new technologies with pragmatic problem-solving.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Context: Lead workshops, document business processes, and translate needs into engineer-ready requirements.
• Requirements: Write and maintain clear product requirements documents throughout projects.
• Execution: Create project plans with schedules, milestones, and success criteria; coordinate teams and ship on time.
• Client Ownership: Serve as the main client contact; run steering committees and update executives.
• Value Tracking: Define success metrics, track progress, and report weekly results to show value.
• Advocacy: Represent the customer throughout development and gather feedback to ensure the product meets needs.
