Job summary

Bloomerang is hiring a Sr. Product Manager for AI & Data Services to rapidly turn ideas into AI-powered capabilities. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, and Design, shipping prototypes and production features while enabling Penny and external integrations.

You’ll guide the AI product lifecycle with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and scale, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Support to drive real nonprofit outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in technical, AI, or data-driven products.
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience creating prototypes, agents, or workflows with modern AI tools.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic patterns.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered capabilities, prototypes, and experiments.
• Evolve AI product lifecycle with demo-driven specs; design prompts and evaluation frameworks.
• Architect data and integration foundations; oversee public API and partner ecosystem.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, GTM, Sales and Customer Success to deliver scalable AI features.
