Job summary

Bloomerang is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Technical Lead) to own the team’s technical outcomes and mentor engineers. You’ll shape architecture for AI-enabled software and drive delivery with a strong emphasis on code quality, observability, and scalable systems.

You’ll work with Product, QA, and Engineering to translate ambiguous problems into practical solutions, using AI tools to increase team leverage and improve processes. This is a remote role in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior engineer with production software delivery experience.
• Strong in .NET/C# and TypeScript/Node with React experience.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, SQL, and observability.
• The ability to mentor engineers and set technical direction.
