Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven role such as product growth, CRO, or demand generation at a high-growth startup, or PMM / Go-to-Market roles -ideally with exposure to AI or technical product marketing.
• Experience analyzing data to drive business strategy. Translate quantitative data (SQL, Excel) and qualitative observations into actionable insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills across marketing, customer success, data science, engineering, product, brand, and marketing ops.
• A hacker's mentality with structured problem-solving skills and creativity to break down ambiguous problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complex AI capabilities into messaging.
• Initiative and proactiveness; dive into signals to find challenges and solutions.
• Bias to speed; ability to operate quickly and set a fast pace for the product area.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategy across email, in-app ads, and product experiments.
• Understand Rippling's AI products and pain points to design customer journeys and high-urgency copy.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution from launch to reporting and optimization.
• Define audiences and triggers; manage copy/creative development and reporting.
• Collaborate with brand, analytics, product, revenue operations, and AI engineering for cohesive go-to-market execution.
