Eight Eleven Group is seeking an AI Data Engineer for a contract role (through year-end, with probable extension). The position is remote (CST/EST) with a pay rate of $60-65/hr, focused on building AI agents that help customer service reps surface information and guide next steps during calls.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience, including LLMs and traditional ML models.
• Experience with Chatbots, Conversational AI, and NLP solutions.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (MCP or similar) and Strands Agents.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• 4+ years of Web and API development.
• 4+ years of cloud hosting (AWS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of security, access controls, logging, monitoring, and production ops.

• Drive responsible AI/ML adoption across the team, including Generative AI and traditional ML techniques.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve AI-powered software to meet customer and business needs.
• Build responsible AI solutions and components to support healthcare providers, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.
• Develop new AI features including Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Provide technical leadership for AI initiatives, including chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
• Partner with product management, architects, and engineering leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions for healthcare challenges.
• Align AI solutions with enterprise AI strategies and ensure business value and engineering best practices.
• Ensure high-quality software deliverables and operational excellence.
• Mentor and train team members on AI/ML technologies and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with broader teams to integrate AI into cloud modernization and digital-first initiatives.
• Exercise independent judgment to prioritize, plan, and manage AI-related activities and projects.
