Nsight Health is seeking an AI Engineer to own the technical operation and continuous improvement of its AI phone agents across RPM and CCM programs. You will be hands-on with provider UI, API, and webhook integrations, ensuring quality and HIPAA compliance while driving measurable improvements in clinical voice interactions.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will configure AI agents, build PHI-safe pipelines, and automate downstream actions for failures.

Responsabilités

• Vendor & Provider Management: translate requirements into provider direction and ensure quality/HIPAA compliance.
• AI Phone Agent Configuration & Optimization: tune agents and influence NLU design with the provider team.
• Alerting & Quality Intelligence: build alerts, surface failures, and route issues automatically.
• PHI-safe Pipeline & Compliance: ensure PHI-safe processing and HIPAA-compliant data handling.
• AI-Native Tooling: develop tooling for semantic search, vector processing, and automated alerts.
