Eliassen Group is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered healthcare solutions remotely. The role focuses on enterprise AI models to deliver applications like context engines, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.

You will translate emerging AI capabilities into production-grade software and collaborate with stakeholders across the team. The position is full-time, with a competitive salary ($125k–$165k) and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering or AI-focused software dev experience.
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines with vector databases.
• Experience building on commercial LLM APIs with prompt engineering and tool calls.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered apps using enterprise LLMs for PACE.
• Architect and deploy RAG systems with accurate, relevant data and compliance.
• Own development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Research agentic AI workflows with LangGraph, LangChain, or Copilot Studio.
• Deploy AI services in Azure-based private clouds with secure configs.
• Implement MLOps and CI/CD, monitor versions, automate tests.
