• Master's degree in Computer Science, ML, Data Science or related field; Bachelor's with experience considered.
• 2–4 years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production.
• Experience with healthcare data or regulatory considerations is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• AI Platform development: build AI Agents and automation throughout workflows.
• Integration: work with engineers to embed AI in existing infra.
• Collaboration: partner with product, consultants, engineers, and operations.
• Research and Learning: stay current with LLMs, AI frameworks, and healthcare tech.
• Performance and Reliability: optimize for accuracy, latency, cost and safety.
• Documentation: maintain clear model development records.
