Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.
Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing evaluation feedback. This is a flexible, freelance remote opportunity with pay per hour and opportunities for incentives.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Able to think on your feet and explain situations in natural, conversational English.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Responsibilities
- Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
- Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text and audio mismatches.
- Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear English explanation.
