Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs by naturalness and usefulness, writing concise explanations, and ensuring quality across audio, video, and text. Remote, flexible hours with weekly pay in USD.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
