A Customer Solutions Consultant will support activation, growth, and retention for SMB and MME customers, ensuring value realization from our platform and services with self-service capabilities in mind.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve offerings and outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Success, strategy, management, implementation, or technology consulting experience in a scaled CS model.
• Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical champions across the table.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders is a plus.
• Technically and analytically curious, with data-driven insights guiding decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer success and support to the company’s SMB and MME customers through resolving inquiries, advising with AI expertise, and ensuring value realization.
• Leverage internal tools, using AI and automation to surface actionable insights at scale.
• Design and execute automated and manual strategies (proactive touchpoints, demos, renewal discussions) to drive revenue and retention.
• Collaborate across Professional Services, Customer Solutions, Sales, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, Product, and Marketing to align resources and drive goals.
• Handle escalated inquiries and manage a scaled book of business while ensuring alignment with customer goals after implementation.
• Identify at-risk customers and implement personalized engagement to improve retention and satisfaction.
