Job summary

BVS Performance Solutions is expanding its Customer Experience team and seeks a Customer Support Specialist who understands the banking sector and AI-enabled tools. This is a 100% remote role allowing you to contribute from home while delivering proactive and reactive support to clients.

You will field inbound calls and emails, coordinate training sessions, drive AI-driven projects, and provide technical assistance to help banks and credit unions navigate our platform effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bank or credit union experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Master of organization and multi-tasking
• Excellent communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal.
• Proven ability to work with AI
