Job summary

QAD | Redzone is seeking an AI Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of AI-powered solutions across regional CS teams. You will enable customers, tailor AI configurations to industry data schemas, and partner with Solutions Engineers to resolve complex issues while guiding playbook development and best practices.

Remote-first role with up to 25% travel within the region. You will monitor AI metrics, sustain healthy usage, and help customers achieve value through adoption and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing or operational roles (CS, TAM, Ops) with manufacturing/supply chain or enterprise SaaS exposure.
• Experience with manufacturing/supply chain workflows and enterprise AI/ML platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption, enablement, and value realization across regional CS teams.
• Capture customer feedback and escalate to product/engineering to improve the platform.
• Own onboarding of customers for AI-powered products and deliver end-user training and playbooks.
• Monitor adoption metrics and sustain customer relationship health across enterprise accounts.
