Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance to own day-to-day campaign execution and structured experimentation. You will drive acquisition efficiency by managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads while advancing AI-native marketing operations.

You will lead a structured testing program, measure experiments with proper statistics, and optimize for downstream conversions.

Qualifications

• At least four years of hands-on growth and performance marketing experience.
• Personally managed at least $1 million in cumulative advertising spend across multiple platforms.
• Strong recent experience with Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and remarketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta advertising (Advantage+), LinkedIn Lead Gen, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads.
• Daily use of AI tools for performance analysis, audience research, and reporting.
• Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign execution and structured experimentation.
• Manage paid acquisition across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads.
• Advance AI-native marketing operations and automate workflows.
• Lead a structured testing program and define hypotheses, success metrics, and decision criteria.
• Measure experiments, report results with confidence intervals, and document findings.
