Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a seasoned creative strategist to own the weekly production sprint, delivering high-quality scripts and briefs across video, static, UGC, and AI formats. You will build a balanced pipeline of original concepts and ensure testing of a new winning idea each month.

You will collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Design, integrate AI tools, guide video editors, and develop briefs for creators and partners, ensuring claims stay aligned with brand and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance-focused creative strategy for DTC or e-commerce.
• Portfolio of ads/scripts/briefs developed for Meta/TikTok with performance metrics.
• Ability to produce multiple scripts and briefs weekly with high quality.
• Strong judgment for compelling ad ideas and rationale behind performance.
• Experience interpreting metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS.
• Practical use of AI tools in creative workflows; build repeatable processes.
• Experience creating persuasive copy for supplements or regulated categories is a plus.
• Strong briefing and communication for editors/agencies/partners.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Analytical/experimental mindset using customer insights and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly creative production sprint and deliver high-quality scripts and briefs across formats.
• Develop a balanced pipeline of original concepts and iterations, testing a new winning idea each month.
• Review performance data weekly and translate insights into briefs within the sprint.
• Build a structured creative testing framework covering hooks, messaging, and formats.
• Document results, share learnings, and guide future campaigns with insights.
• Integrate AI tools across research, ideation, scripting, briefing, production, and automation.
• Collaborate with a video editor to provide direction and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop clear briefs for creators, agencies, and external partners.
• Ensure concepts and claims align with brand positioning and regulations for supplements.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Design to maintain brand-consistent performance.
• Continuously improve testing velocity, creative quality, and outcomes.
