Job summary

Pearmill is seeking a Claude-native performance creative strategist to own and grow major accounts. You will define buyer psychology, build strategy, and run rounds with our design and production teams. You’ll also contribute by creating Claude-based skills and agents to automate research, briefing, QA, and reporting.

You’ll lead end-to-end ad development in Claude when necessary and present rounds to clients, focusing on B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI clients. This is a remote, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative strategy, with 2+ at an agency.
• Owned a major account and thought about the client’s business, not just the ad.
• Have opinions on where creative and AI are heading, and people want to hear them.
• Recent B2B, SaaS, fintech, or AI experience.
• A trained eye; portfolio shows taste even without formal design training.
• You know how ads get made and could make one end to end in Claude if needed.
• You are Claude-native and have built your own projects, skills, or agents.

Responsibilities

• Research each account in Claude (ICP, buying committee, reviews, sales calls) and tear down competitors.
• Build the strategy: core audience, messaging pillars, micro-audiences, hooks.
• Run each round from brief to delivery with our designers, motion designers, and UGC producers.
• Jump in and make an ad yourself in Claude when it’s faster or the round needs it.
• Read results with media buyers past the click (leads, pipeline, CAC) and call iterate, scale, or kill.
• Present rounds to clients and own the creative section of new business pitches.
• Bring a point of view: spot what's next in creative and AI, and share it with the team, clients, and Pearmill's audience.
• Build Claude skills and agents that automate research, briefing, QA, and reporting, and get the team using them.
