Job summary

Privy.pro is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer (AI-First) to build an AI-driven growth engine. This remote role covers the Americas (US or LatAm) on a part-time contract with a path to full-time.

You will work directly with the CEO to deploy content, SEO, landing pages, and email journeys using Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork on company accounts. Ideal candidates have hands-on Claude usage, marketing instincts, and a track record of results.

Qualifications

• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to build growth systems.
• Background in growth marketing with a marketer mindset and measurable results.
• Familiar with content/video creation from data, SEO/AEO, and email journeys.

Responsibilities

• Build an always-on growth engine with AI-driven content and campaigns.
• Develop landing pages, SEO/AEO, and email journeys for automated funnels.
• Implement outbound strategies, tracking, attribution and weekly system releases.
