Pearmill, a Claude-native performance creative agency, seeks a strategist to research accounts in Claude, tear down competitors, and craft creative strategies. You will run ad rounds with designers and producers and produce ads in Claude when needed.

You will read results with media buyers and decide to scale or kill based on pipeline, supporting a fast-moving, remote team and ongoing learning budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative strategy
• 2+ years at an agency
• B2B SaaS/fintech/AI experience
