Job summary

Pearmill is seeking a senior strategist to own big accounts and drive Claude-native performance creative. You will define buyer personas, craft messaging pillars, and guide the team from concept to execution with production partners. You will also build and refine Claude-based skills across the squad.

You’ll collaborate with designers, motion designers, and UGC producers, and partner with Growth Managers and media buyers to optimize results, scale impact, and shape future client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative strategy, with 2+ at an agency.
• You own major accounts and think about the client's business beyond ads.
• You have opinions on where creative and AI are heading and can share them.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts in Claude and analyze ICPs, buying committees, and competitors.
• Build strategy: audience, messaging pillars, micro-audiences, hooks.
• Lead rounds from brief to delivery with design and production teams.
• Create ads in Claude when faster or needed for rounds.
• Interpret results with buyers and iterate, scale, or kill.
