Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to provide concise, evidence-based explanations. Prior experience with reviews is a plus; bachelor's degree is welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.
• Nice to have: bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a targeted explanation in English detailing what was observed.
