Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues such as distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches. Flexible hours, pay up to $15/hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
