Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange for naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You can work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly pay. Ideal candidates have strong written English, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when prompts present

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts and misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English that describe observations.
