Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to subtle cues, and able to provide concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in real time.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a detailed English explanation.
