Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from home, on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs for naturalness and fidelity, and explain issues in writing.

The role supports ongoing AI evaluation and improvement efforts across multiple projects. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think clearly in realistic scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing a concise explanation in English of observed issues.
