Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Pay is hourly with potential incentives and weekly payments.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to articulate explanations clearly. Remote work is supported, with a focus on thoughtful, accurate evaluations across AI outputs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking AI-generated media pairs on how well they follow prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickers, or misaligned audio/video.
• Writing a concise explanation in English describing what was off.
