Job summary

Outlier is hiring evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your schedule from home. This is a freelance, remote role with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, with experience writing concise explanations and the ability to decide between imperfect options. Pay is up to $15 USD per hour, and you can join from multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear outputs sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise explanation in English pointing to observed issues and how to improve.
