Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all from home on your own schedule.

Fluent English, strong written communication, and careful attention to detail are essential. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with flexible hours and pay up to $15 USD per hour, plus additional incentives based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to look and listen closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
